Veterinary Technician
Her first job was a stable attendant at a county park that had about 30 horses. In high school She interned with an exotics veterinarian who hired her when She graduated. She has 3 children, 2 horses, 1 beagle and a cockatiel. She is so much more than we could ask for. She is caring and playful and our clients love her!. Vicki has been at Margate for over two years, and has been a wonderful person to have on our team!

Mary
Hospital Manager
Mary started working at Margate Animal Hospital over 4 years ago, but has been involved in the veterinary world for over 10 years. Mary graduated from Sanford Brown Institute, an accredited program with a degree in veterinary science and medicine.Â
She truly enjoys the role of hospital manager – her experience and extensive training is what makes the hospital run as smooth as it does. One of her passions is being able to help and educate clients as well as to continue to care for their pets. When she is not taking care of our four-legged patients, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and beloved pets at home. Mary has an adorable black cat named Pica and a sweet retriever/hound dog mix named Cooper Kupp.Â

Dr. Cesar Berrios
Primary Doctor
Dr. Berrios is originally from Venezuela. He graduated as a Veterinarian from the Central University of Venezuela in 1990. He attended the University of California – Davis from 1992 to 1996 to complete a residency in equine surgery. Lastly, he obtained his veterinary license to practice in The United States in 2007 and continued his veterinary career in South Florida.
Dr. Berrios initially established his practice in the sunny South Florida area, primarily in Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, serving clientele owning dogs, cats, and horses. He is now located in Margate and is very excited to be a part of the surrounding communities.
Dr. Berrios resides in South Florida. He has two smart and beautiful daughters, Vanessa & Barbara. His hobbies are hanging out with his girls, boating, horseback riding and motorcycle riding.
